Crazy Cool Carts, LLC ("we," "us") operates www.crazycoolcarts.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us to get you a quote, we never sell it, and this site sets no cookies.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you use our quote form or contact us, you share your name, phone number, email address, the cart options you're interested in, and any notes you include. The form composes an email from your device to our inbox, so we receive exactly what you choose to send.
- Calls and texts. If you call or text us, we see your number and keep normal message history so we can follow up on your quote.
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not send marketing emails or texts unless you ask us to keep you posted.
How we use your information
We use what you share to answer your questions, prepare your out-the-door quote, arrange pickup or delivery, and keep records of our conversations as an ordinary part of running the business.
Embedded content
Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map showing our service area. Google may collect data and set its own cookies when the map loads, governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a standard web request to Google's servers.

Children
Our site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
